Didn't the guy's CCKs rise just because the pellets hit his myocardium? I mean, yeah, if you call the death of a few myocardial cells "heart attack", ok, he did have one. But I don't think that's the notion the general public has of the term (they'll probably think an ischemic event happened).
Anyway, I'm surprised Fox is jumping into the bandwagon too.
